I don't need a Cleanroom, I just want to isolate my critical areas
Weaver Technologies was contacted by a local architectural firm who needed to provide a local Nutraceutical company with vinyl strip doors. After meeting with the firm and discussing the application with the customer, it was determined that a bi-fold vinyl softwall curtain would work much better at containing the clean area, and provide better control overall.
The end user decided their best solution was to install eight large, 10' wide by 10' high, 40 mil. clear vinyl bi-fold curtains on a roller track. This allowed them to roll the curtains to one side, and give fork lifts with large barrels easy access to the room, without fighting strip curtains. The large curtains also allowed them to maintain better control of contamination within their manufacturing spaces.
